History of The Last Drop Distillers
The Last Drop Distillers, founded in 2008 by Tom Jago and James Espey OBE, is a distillery renowned for its exceptional spirits. The company was established to curate the world’s most remarkable spirits, a mission that continues under the leadership of Rebecca Jago, Tom’s daughter.
Rebecca, who joined the company in 2014, now serves as the Managing Director, upholding the founders’ dedication to excellence and integrity in spirit selection.
The distillery’s portfolio is diverse, featuring treasures from various spirit categories. Among their notable offerings is the 1925 Grande Champagne Cognac, a spirit with a significant story, distilled the year Tom Jago was born and bottled the year he passed away.
Another remarkable product is their 20-year-old Japanese Blended Malt Whisky, aged in Mizunara oak casks, which showcases a unique flavour profile.
The Last Drop Distillers team, including Alice Small, the Global Marketing & Sales Manager, and Oli Brimacombe, the Operations and Logistics Executive, is committed to discovering and sharing extraordinary spirits with their customers.
They take pride in the legacy of the founders and the principles upon which the distillery was built, ensuring that each release is not just a product but a story worth telling.
