The distillery prides itself on its precise temperature control, capable of adjustments to 0.05°, allowing for the perfect expression of each Eaux-de-Vie’s subtle aromas.

The facility’s commitment to sustainability is evident in its sophisticated heat recovery system and the installation of a photovoltaic system on the company building’s roof, enabling nearly energy self-sufficient operations.

The Art of Distillation

Reisetbauer Distillery’s process is a testament to its dedication to quality. Only the finest fruits are selected, meticulously washed, crushed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature.

The distillation process involves copper pot stills, where the raw spirit is refined, and the heart of the Eau-de-vie is distilled to perfection.

The final product is then harmoniously blended with the pure, soft spring water from Mühlviertel alpine pasture, ensuring a taste that is both exquisite and unique.
