History of Sasanokawa Shuzo Distillery


Sasanokawa Shuzo Distillery was founded in 1765 in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. Established by the Sasanokawa family, the distillery initially focused on producing sake, a traditional Japanese rice wine. Over the years, the distillery expanded its product line to include other traditional Japanese beverages such as shochu.
