Barrel Aging and Warehousing
For barrel aging, they collaborated with Arnie Omlin in Quincy, Washington. The barrels are aged in a warehouse built on Omlin’s property, taking advantage of the region’s climatic conditions which are similar to those of Bardstown, Kentucky, albeit drier.
