Very light, quite a bit of alcohol. Sweet honey and far too little influence on age.
Taste
Toffee. Vanilla custard. Cedar wood. Pine. Aniseed and cumin. It’s all very smooth but complex.
Finish
Quite long. Light spices of ginger and cinnamom. Some mint.
