Leathery, meaty sherry, figs, baked pears with walnuts, bananas flambe.
Taste
Still leathery with tobacco leaf, chocolate covered raisins, slight flint element to the sherry, but balanced nicely all around.
Finish
Chocolate oranges (the kind you smash to take apart) and sugar plums.
