Restrained, shy, fine nose. A compote of strawberries and rhubarb peels out after a little while
Taste
The tongue shows the wet pebble, salt, savory and clove powder. Marzipanbrot. Almonds. Fresh fruit salad with a dash of lemon
Finish
Just so medium in the finish. Dry, wood, now clearly smoky. Fading fruits.
