Nose
A superb fruity evolution : acid peaches followed by grapefruits and apples.
Taste
More mineral, still sweet though, but less precise and less nervous. A dash of wet earth, some hessian, bergamotte, still a vague fruitiness.
Finish
A bit greener, quite complex, but sadly some very slight soapy touches might get into the way
