Mouth powerful and lining with a slightly waxy matter,highlighted with some heather honey and orange zest; then a spicy wave. a little tempered by a vegetable freshness a bittersweet.
Finish
Medium to long finish, well spiced and marked by the return of bitter oranges.

Medium length after a surprisingly voluminous beginning it fades away quickly.

Floral, slab sugar, caramel, rye sour dough and smell of mom and pop spice store. A little mossy.
Taste
Fresh vegetable broth, quite sweet. I need my teeth! Showed some honey. Easily drinkable.
Finish
Quite long finish, lingering and warm. A little bubble gum at the back. The bitterness is just a little bit too much

Fruity, citrus, some glue, a slight whiff of new leather shoes. Then suddenly fresh green beans, and some cucumber.
Taste
Organic taste, vegetal, plants, vegetables. Later on some sweetness arrives, honey, orange. Only a little tingling, pretty smooth. Again cucumber.
Finish
Some honey and licorice, orange as well. Not too long. Later on it gets more powerful and longer. Then vegetal influence is gone now.

Green bananas, playdough and green wood in the form of cedar needles and sap,Some cinnamon and raisins,tart blackcurrant jam, cooked cherry pie, crepe anglaise, milk chocolate and copper pennies.
Taste
Thin mouthfeel. Some dark chocolate, raisins, cherry and toffee but still with lots of wood spice.
Finish
Long. Cherries and raisins become a touch waxy and you’re left with cloves and cinnamon.

Stewed Red Fruits, Heather Honey, Molasses, Caramel Red Apple. It’s nice, not explosive but good.
Taste
Thick mouthfeel, sherry syrup but not overpowering, fruity maple sugar flavor, clove/all spice, sultana/dark currants.
Finish
Warm and tasty, sherry but not overpowering, nice balance throughout, warm going down.
Nose
Warm apples, leather, nutmeg and cinnamon,smell of cloves and some dry bee-wax or dried honey,Dried fruits apple and peach.
Taste
Cacao powder, tabac and almost burned caramel,Nutmeg and cinnamon that keep coming back and then ending with a little pepper. Oven backed apple with nutmeg / cinnamon.
Finish
Long,very faint part of oak in there and it’s a bit drying it’s very good, nutmeg and cacao powder are most dominant but I get some apple as well.
