Overripe apples. Light leatheriness. White pepper, hints of sherry. A very faint whiff of smoke. Apricot and a touch of peach. Pink grapefruit and a touch of cara cara orange.
Taste
Light mouthfeel initially, gentle wood influence which gets chased off by the overripe apples.
Finish
Heavy malt leads the finish wihich has the apples and fresh apple cider right behind it. Honey and a light touch of nutmeg.
