Fruity and sweet with orange flavoured candy, lemon zest and soft melon aromas. Some vanilla and almonds. In the background a hint of wet cardboard, which I find to be signature Littlemill.
Taste
Citrus fruits galore, with pink grapefruit at the forefront, followed by bitter lemon. There’s also some vanilla and (green) tea in there, as well as a hint of chili pepper and cinnamon
Finish
Mellow spices, grapefruit and melon. Good length.

Lovely nose of old school sherried whisky style. Old leather, furniture polish, red fruits, berries, chocolate, full but no pickering alcohol. Oily. Nuts as well, very versatile. Now something vegetal too, ‘green’, plants. Coffee.

Sparkling, full bodied, but very fruity. Red fruits, berries, leather, milk chocolate. Creamy structure now. Honey sweetness. Then chocolate takes over again
Finish
A little pickering, full, berries, winegums, long finish, cassis, cherries. Chocolate and pinetrees,Drying mouthfeel as well, wood

Caramel, tropical fruit and toasted oak.

Green notes mixed with honey sweetness and vanilla.

Short finish ending in pepper and lemon peel.
