Candy orange slices on spanish cedar. The finish stays for a lipsmacking long time.
Finish
Long. All those tropical fruits with some slight woody astringence and then a little bit of salt. Water lengthens the finish and emphasizes the tropical fruit which remains dotted with salt crystals. Just the faintest hint of smoke around the edges

Polished wood and a gigantic basket of assorted fruit,waxy lemon peel,orange rind, ripe apricots, overripe bananas, a touch of mango and a bit of pineapple in syrup,fruit and expanding honey as well,lemon first and then makrut lime peel
Taste
My tongue, turning muskier as it goes and picking up a bit of salt, Lovely, rich mouthfeel—almost velvety, sweeter fruit emerges,the strawberries and cream now, lemon starts coming back again
Finish
Long, Even longer with water and sweeter,wood emerges late along with some milk chocolate.

Very peppery and smoky. Amazing that this one doesn’t seem to need water at such high strength.

Quite big and firm, solid slab of peat with a good malty feel. A well-balanced sweetness emerges with notes of sugared peels and tangerine with a hint of lime.
