Juicy, velvety and mouthwatering. Sweet peat. Almost a kind of apple-juice fizziness whisking around what is essentially a thick, smokey, creamy beast. Nutty. Viognier notes. Sweet cereal, cloves.

Very peaty and foremost, very smoky, bonfire, lots of fire-parafernalia such as ash and smoke.
Taste
Half sweet, big bodied and vegetal. Peppered and slightly bitter/woody peat. Ashy. In a good way a lemonade like quality due to some fresh lemon peel and sea air.
Finish
Leaves a somewhat strange bitterness on the finish.

Sweet fruit and sooty phenols, with brown sugar, coal and a massive fistful of peppery spice bursting through in the middle,laced with honey. Water softens it and brings out the malt and fruit, with some ripe mandarin and grapefruit flavours, very citrussy
