Taste
Medium body. Very intense. Musty up front, with lots of barnyard, mushroom, and black pepper, then steadily getting tarter.
Finish
Extremely nutty and dry. Earthy, dunnage warehouse notes and cedar, with more smoked fish and some green olives. Plums, bananas, pineapple, honey and fresh jalapenos.
