Ingredients
Gin - 2 oz
Light cream - 2 tsp
Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
Lemon - Juice of 1/2
Egg white - 1
Carbonated water
Instructions
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
